About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Cafe Staff to join our team, delivering friendly welcome service and maintaining a clean, hygienic environment for guests. The role involves taking chai orders, serving drinks, and ensuring the cafe area is tidy at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every guest according to company standards.
• Take chai and other beverage orders and serve them promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, including counters, display areas, and seating.
• Arrange products on displays and counters in an organized manner.
• Respond to additional guest requests quickly and courteously.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Follow safety policies, grooming standards, and food‑handling guidelines.
