Café Staff – Healthy Café Counter (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for energetic and well‑presented Café Staff to run the healthy café counter inside our premium grocery store in Sector 91, Mohali. You will prepare fresh juices, salads and sandwiches while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fresh juices, salads and sandwiches according to recipe standards.
• Maintain freshness and proper storage of fruits, vegetables and other ingredients.
• Keep the café counter and equipment clean and hygienic.
• Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and answer queries.
• Monitor stock of raw materials and coordinate with the store team.
• Follow food safety and quality guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 10+2 qualification.
• At least 1 year experience in café, QSR or food preparation (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen handling.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Well‑groomed, presentable and able to work in shifts.
• Interest in healthy food and lifestyle.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
