About the role

Join the vibrant team of Amore Gelato & Café in Kochi, serving delicious gelato, shakes, and café items to a steady flow of customers. You will work in a fast‑paced retail environment, delivering friendly service while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Serve gelato, shakes, beverages, and café food items accurately and with a smile.
• Operate the POS system, process orders, handle payments, and address customer queries.
• Prepare and assemble café food items following standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, and customer areas throughout the shift.
• Replenish stock of gelato, beverages, packaging, and other supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled.
• Promote upselling, product recommendations, and sampling to enhance sales.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality.
• Basic communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Positive attitude, team‑player mindset, and customer‑service orientation.
• Presentable, well‑groomed appearance.
• Willingness to work rotational full‑time shifts in Kochi.
