Cabin Technical Change Management Engineer

About the role

Airbus India is seeking a Cabin Technical Change Management Engineer to join its Cabin Design and Integration Team. The role focuses on driving aircraft change processes initiated by Cabin Customization Program Managers, offering exposure to a wide range of cabin projects and opportunities for technical and leadership growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate modification management, feasibility studies, and change requests for cabin interiors.
• Define, configure, design, and integrate customer‑specific cabin solutions.
• Support catalogue contributions and ensure compliance with aircraft change procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional specialists and external subcontractors to deliver tailored cabin upgrades.
• Monitor performance KPIs and drive continuous improvement in change management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cabin or airframe engineering, configuration management, or in‑service upgrades.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, transnational environment.
