Cabin Crew – August 2026 Hiring Drive

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic cabin crew members to join our August 2026 hiring drive. The role involves delivering exceptional service, ensuring passenger safety, and representing the airline’s brand throughout each flight.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all government, DGCA and company standard operating procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of aviation rules, safety circulars and service promotions.
• Uphold company grooming standards and present a professional image on duty and during layovers.
• Manage mandatory training documentation, renewals and extensions.
• Conduct inflight sales, promote ancillary revenue and act as a brand ambassador.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including reduced mobility, unaccompanied minors and families with infants.
• Perform galley handovers, ensure correct catering and stock levels.
• Monitor cabin cleanliness, safety, and report any discrepancies to the inflight manager.
• Make required announcements and complete all pre‑flight and post‑flight duties.
• Collaborate with cockpit crew and airport services through effective CRM.
