About the role
We are seeking a professional Butler to deliver exceptional personalized service to our guests, overseeing a dedicated team and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Staff Supervision: Train, schedule, and manage a team of valets and support staff.
- Guest Relations: Anticipate VIP guest needs, handle special requests, and deliver personalized service.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict standards for room presentation, dining setups, and property cleanliness.
- Operations Management: Coordinate communication between the butler team and other departments such as housekeeping or food and beverage.
- Event Coordination: Oversee formal dining, wine pairings, and special functions.
