About the role

We are seeking professional Butler, Concierge Manager and Concierge Staff to support an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNI) residential project in Mumbai. The successful candidates will deliver premium, discreet, and personalized services to a distinguished household, ensuring an exceptional living experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level personal assistance, including household management, guest reception, and itinerary planning.
• Oversee daily operations of the residence, coordinating with vendors, maintenance teams, and security.
• Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service throughout the property.
• Anticipate and fulfill the preferences of the UHNI family and their guests with utmost discretion.
• Manage inventory of supplies, linens, and luxury amenities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hotels, private residences, or VIP/UHNI households.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance with a service‑oriented mindset.
• High level of discretion, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
