Business Sales Representative (Hybrid)

About the role

The Business Sales Representative will drive growth for AmbSeva by promoting its medical support services to individuals, businesses and partner organisations. Working hybrid from Raipur, you will combine on‑site client visits with remote follow‑ups and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare support market.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and partners.
• Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts to meet revenue targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline and keep detailed account records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare regular sales reports and represent AmbSeva professionally in the local market.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in sales and sales management, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Experience in account management and a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (field work in Raipur and remote tasks).
• Organisational and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing or a related field.
• Prior exposure to healthcare or emergency services is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations using presentation software.
