Business Immigration Coordinator II – French Language

About the role

The Business Immigration Coordinator II provides high‑level support to Fragomen’s clients in Kochi, focusing on French‑language immigration matters. You will work closely with the immigration team to ensure accurate and timely processing of applications and related documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Draft immigration applications and support letters in French.
• Maintain and update the firm’s database and client folders.
• Upload case documents and government decisions to the database.
• Identify the appropriate embassy or consulate for each assignee.
• Prepare email updates on immigration matters and check appointment availability.
• Participate in case audits and manage document renaming, downsizing, and company set‑up requests.
• Create client care letters and handle additional ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• High proficiency in French (minimum B2, preferably C level).
• Strong administrative and data‑entry abilities.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment with limited supervision.
• Excellent verbal communication and multi‑tasking skills.
• Proactive planning, time‑management, and deadline‑driven work style.
• Attention to detail and adherence to standard layouts.
