Business Finance Intern (Open to candidates with disability)

About the role

This Business Finance Internship focuses on working‑capital optimization and financial reporting. The role is designed for candidates with a disability and offers hands‑on experience in finance analytics, dashboard creation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize working capital, managing inventory, receivables, and payables.
• Prepare and deliver Working Capital Management MIS reports and design dashboards to monitor inventory health, STR%, Q2, and liquidation metrics.
• Conduct weekly and monthly working‑capital modeling, aggregating estimates from various sources.
• Manage the Open‑to‑Buy (OTB) process in alignment with Business Finance and Inventory Planning teams.
• Develop and maintain G&A MIS reports, support AOP development, and review expense approvals.

Required profile

• Education: CA or MBA in Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in working‑capital management, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
