Business Development Manager – Restaurant SaaS

About the role

BizzDeck is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its restaurant analytics platform across multiple cities in Kerala. You will engage directly with restaurant owners, understand their operational challenges, and demonstrate how our solution can boost profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect restaurants, cafés, and cloud kitchens in Kozhikode, Kochi, Thrissur, and Kottayam.
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover business challenges and present BizzDeck’s value proposition.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers and manage the sales pipeline.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to relay customer feedback and requirements.
• Track and record all lead activities, conversations, and outcomes accurately.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking directly with business owners and presenting solutions.
• Basic understanding of profit & loss statements, revenue, costs, and margins.
• Proactive, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Genuine interest in how businesses operate and solve problems.
