Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Bhopal. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with airlines, catering firms, hospitality brands and other institutional clients, while also expanding relationships with existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Research market segments, generate leads and conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate commercial terms with prospective and existing customers.
• Collaborate with internal product, customization and logistics teams to align solutions with client requirements and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
• Support strategic growth initiatives by analysing market trends and identifying cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B business development, sales and account management with a track record of building long‑term client relationships.
• Experience in lead generation, market research and pipeline management, preferably within packaging, aviation, hospitality or food‑service sectors.
• Strong negotiation, proposal development and contract management skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications, customization needs and logistics considerations and translate them into client‑ready solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field and a genuine interest in sustainable, eco‑friendly products.
