Business Development Manager – Co‑Working & Commercial Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth for our co‑working spaces and commercial real‑estate portfolio. You will identify new client opportunities, build lasting relationships, and help expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target startups, small businesses, freelancers and other potential clients interested in co‑working solutions.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media outreach and in‑person meetings.
• Provide facility tours, answer inquiries and explain the benefits of our co‑working offerings.
• Create customized proposals, negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development or a similar role; experience in commercial real‑estate or co‑working spaces is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
