Business Development Manager – AI Advertising & Brand Partnerships

About the role

Affluence Films Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to grow its AI‑powered advertising and creative production services across India. You will be responsible for acquiring brands, advertising agencies and corporate clients, working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach established brands, companies and advertising/media agencies nationwide.
• Connect with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Founders and other senior decision‑makers.
• Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email, calls, networking and referrals.
• Pitch AI‑generated ad films, product commercials, branded content and creative campaigns.
• Understand client briefs, budgets and objectives, and coordinate with the creative team to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Conduct remote client presentations, manage negotiations, follow‑ups and deal closures.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and nurture long‑term relationships for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly revenue and client‑acquisition targets.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Advertising Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships or B2B Sales.
• Prior experience with advertising agencies, creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, media companies or production houses.
• Existing network with brands, CMOs, Marketing Heads and advertising agencies is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, pitching and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of generating leads and independently closing B2B deals.
• Comfortable working remotely in a target‑driven environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• Fixed salary ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹80,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
• Performance incentives: 5% on business up to ₹10 Lakh/month, 7% above ₹10 Lakh, 10% above ₹15 Lakh.
