About the role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support a co‑working space client in Bangalore. The intern will help generate new corporate leads, conduct site tours, and close sales for flexible workspace solutions such as private offices, hot desks, and meeting rooms.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively source new business through cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Manage client inquiries, conduct tours of the co‑working space, and negotiate deals.
- Research target companies and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales and occupancy targets.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, real estate, or hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA (Marketing/Sales), BBA, BBM, or a bachelor’s in commerce/economics; final‑year students are preferred.
- Solid understanding of business and marketing principles.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Comfortable with MS Office and Google Workspace.
