About the role
The Business Development Executive will lead growth for the White Teak (WT) category, identifying and converting qualified business opportunities across both external and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on meticulous planning, account management, and delivering superior client service to position WT as a brand of choice.
Key responsibilities
- Drive overall business and growth at the account level for the lights category through planning, indexing, and conversion activities with key stakeholders.
- Manage a network of key accounts, ensuring their requirements in the lights category are met.
- Engage mapped AID firms and BH stores to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (BH, Decor Pro, APPS, WT Central, Supply Chain) to promote sales and service.
- Identify market opportunities via competition analysis and regular visits, providing feedback for new product development.
- Enhance consumer experience by resolving complaints within defined timelines.
