Area Sales Manager – Lucknow

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and result‑oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations across Lucknow and surrounding regions for RENÉE Cosmetics, an Indian makeup brand known for cruelty‑free, FDA‑approved products.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Appoint, train, and manage distributors, stockists, and retailers.
• Drive secondary and tertiary sales through effective planning and execution.
• Implement sales promotions, schemes, and product launches in the market.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Regularly visit the market to maintain strong relationships with retailers and beauty advisors.
• Manage, motivate, and guide the sales representatives/beauty advisors team.
• Ensure visibility and availability of products across modern trade and general trade.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Graduate degree; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in cosmetics sales, with at least 2 years managing the Lucknow/Uttar Pradesh region.
• Strong knowledge of distributor and retailer networks in Lucknow.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people‑management abilities.
