Area Sales Manager – Healthcare Equipment

About the role

Arjo is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales of medical equipment and rental solutions to large corporate hospitals in the Lucknow region. You will be responsible for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets and manage accounts receivable for the assigned territory.
• Identify new customers, develop high‑growth markets, and expand presence across the region.
• Upsell and cross‑sell rentals and consumables to existing clients.
• Launch new products and drive adoption in key hospitals.
• Develop and execute account strategies for major hospitals.
• Build strong networks with key opinion leaders, including doctors, nurses, biomedical staff, and hospital executives.
• Collaborate with hospital project consultants on new projects.
• Lead product demonstrations and engage stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales of medical equipment or related healthcare solutions.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with hospital decision‑makers and clinicians.
• Ability to manage a territory, travel frequently, and meet sales targets.
• Understanding of hospital procurement processes and regulatory standards.
