Business Development Executive

About the role

AVM Labs is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to accelerate growth in the healthcare and diagnostics sector. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, building strong relationships with medical partners, and converting leads into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporates, and other healthcare partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow‑ups.
• Promote AVM Labs' diagnostic services and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain client records and provide regular business development reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Laptop (mandatory for role).

What we offer

• CTC ranging from 2.5 LPA to 3.2 LPA.
• Laptop & mobile allowance of ₹2,000 per month (included in salary).
