Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive new revenue opportunities for Zenzart Technology by identifying prospects, generating leads and building a robust sales pipeline across the company’s IT services and consulting portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and service offerings.
• Generate, qualify and nurture leads through calls, emails and meetings.
• Present Zenzart Technology’s solutions and prepare proposals tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to align offerings.
• Manage client accounts, maintain relationships and drive upselling and retention.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular sales and activity reports to leadership.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and contribute to sales strategy improvements.

Required profile

• 0‑4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services or technology consulting.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of software development, consulting and related services.
• Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field (or equivalent experience).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
