About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Maintain consistent contact with current customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Analyze market trends and identify competitive advantages.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales industry.
  • Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
  • Demonstrated record of sales success.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

Required skills

  • CRM experience.
