About the role
The Executive N – Wood Finishes will be a frontline sales professional responsible for driving growth and market penetration of wood coating products, ranging from melamine to premium PU finishes, across the Raipur region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture a dealer network, including contractors, applicators, furniture manufacturers, architects, and end‑consumers.
- Generate demand through activations, samplings, and product trainings for stakeholders.
- Expand the network by integrating retail, project, and service teams and sharing leads.
- Conduct shop‑meets and promotional activities to boost product visibility.
- Handle dealer and consumer complaints, ensuring resolution within set timelines.
- Support marketing with product trials and market intelligence to highlight product strengths.
Required profile
- Graduate (any stream) with minimum 50% marks and no backlogs.
- Age between 26 and 30 years.
- 1–2 years of sales experience; freshers may also be considered.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region and pan‑India mobility.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS‑Office.
- Strong command of MS‑Excel.
