About the role
Increff is seeking an Associate Director of Sales to drive growth of its enterprise SaaS solutions in India. You will be responsible for expanding relationships with existing enterprise accounts and generating new business opportunities across the retail technology sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage existing enterprise accounts and identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches, conduct meetings and product demos for enterprise customers.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of enterprises and fast‑growing companies to exceed targets.
- Build strong networks and relationships with C‑level decision makers.
- Drive business development through participation in events and exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate data and communications in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 + years of B2B enterprise end‑to‑end sales experience, preferably selling to C‑level executives.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated sales acumen, executive presence and a results‑driven mindset.
- Entrepreneurial, independent and self‑motivated, thriving in a dynamic startup environment.
- Highly competitive, hungry for sales and able to learn quickly.
