About the role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for growing revenue through strategic relationships with architects, designers, project management consultants and end‑user clients. The role combines business development, account stewardship and market intelligence to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve agreed sales budgets by managing a portfolio of key accounts.
- Develop and nurture relationships with architects, designers, PMCs and end‑users to generate new business.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting credentials, delivering solution pitches, negotiating terms and closing opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, new projects, competitor activity and emerging customer needs.
- Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge of the company’s high‑net‑worth (HNI) product and service offerings.
- Provide consistent follow‑through and resource coordination to meet organizational objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in key account management, business development and client relationship management.
- Strong market intelligence and solution‑based selling capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results‑driven mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across internal teams.
