Business Development Executive – International Clients

About the role

McLine Studios Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth by acquiring and managing international clients. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and supporting the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions and service offerings.
• Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions to support the sales process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Prior experience handling international clients (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
• MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an added advantage.
