About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive government sales in Gujarat. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to generate leads, build relationships with government officials, and support the growth of our public‑sector portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities within government sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key government officials and decision‑makers.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and government agencies to ensure smooth communication.
  • Conduct market research to spot potential clients and understand trends.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations for government projects.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in strategic planning and sales target achievement.
  • Visit government offices to present offerings and discuss collaborations.
  • Monitor government policies, regulations, and initiatives that affect opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or B2G sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and passionate about sales.
  • Willingness to travel within Gujarat as needed.
