About the role
The Business Development Executive will drive corporate sales initiatives for a fast‑growing organization in Noida. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles, from prospecting to contract signing.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads through targeted outreach.
- Engage with clients to understand needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales reports regularly.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline, not currently enrolled in any course.
- Strong communication and customer‑handling abilities.
- Target‑driven mindset with a willingness to work in a fast‑paced corporate sales environment.
- Ability to work six days a week on‑site in Noida.
