Business Development Associate (Hybrid)

About the role

Join an agile, fast‑growing technology company as a Business Development Associate. You will work closely with senior managers to uncover new opportunities, engage decision‑makers and help shape proposals that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Initiate outreach and build relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Present and pitch Averoft’s digital solutions to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals.
• Track, follow up and support the closing of deals and project hand‑overs.

Required profile

• Energetic, proactive and goal‑oriented professional.
• Strong communication skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, self‑managed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales, client servicing, business development or marketing is a plus; freshers with a learning mindset are welcome.
