Business Analyst – Reconciliations & Business Support

About the role

The Business Analyst role is part of the Reconciliations Change Management team, overseeing all changes that impact the reconciliation business. You will work closely with delivery teams, Recs Ops and technology partners to develop, manage and maintain robust reconciliation solutions supported by TLM and ACR infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct impact and risk assessments, capture detailed business requirements and support coordination of migration activities within a squad.
• Analyse existing business processes and systems, identify improvement areas and propose actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business and customer impacts are considered, document findings and help deliver change management.
• Support change and implementation activities, ensure impacted teams are trained, and verify/validate production changes.
• Assist in developing business testing strategies and coordinate wide‑scale test and regression plans across multiple business units.

Required profile

• Proactive, collaborative attitude with flexibility to balance subject‑matter expertise and team priorities.
• Strong domain knowledge in payments and finance reconciliations, including Insto and retail payment products.
• Experience in reconciliation operations such as balance‑sheet reconciliations, transaction matching, exception management and controls.
• Expertise in Business Analysis, Project Management, Test Management, transformation or delivery execution.
• Experience assessing impacts across reconciliation platforms, finance systems, operational processes and accounting controls.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with extensive workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation experience.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint and Teams.
• Genuine curiosity for understanding customer needs and optimizing their journey.
