Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, analyse processes and support the delivery of admgroup’s technology solutions. Reporting to the Head of Business Solutions, you will manage multiple projects, maintain backlogs and ensure clear communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and functional/non‑functional specifications for a range of projects.
• Conduct gap analysis, develop process flows and maintain a high‑quality project backlog.
• Lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders to capture requirements, risks, assumptions and priorities.
• Support design, prototyping and development of technology solutions within a Scrum framework.
• Perform cost‑benefit analysis, root‑cause identification and recommend improvements to reduce waste.
• Collaborate across functions to align on project goals, deliverables and timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an analyst in the software/technology sector.
• Hands‑on experience with Scrum and Kanban agile frameworks and related ceremonies.
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven capability to engage stakeholders at all levels and present findings clearly.

Required skills

• Azure DevOps, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Power Query, macros and advanced Excel formulas.
• Figma, Power BI and Airtable.
• .NET, C#, SQL, React and APIs.
• Agile metrics (burn‑down charts, velocity) and related tools.
