Business Analyst (ERP) – Hyderabad

About the role

BlinkSwag is seeking a Business Analyst with strong analytical and process‑driven skills to bridge business operations and ERP technology. The role involves identifying operational gaps, improving workflows, and translating requirements into technical solutions that support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current business processes across Operations, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Production and Management.
• Gather and document business requirements, producing BRDs, user stories, SOPs and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with ERP developers to design, test, and deploy system enhancements and automation.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable ERP solutions to eliminate manual work.
• Coordinate ERP module implementation, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
• Provide training and ongoing ERP support to internal teams.
• Assist with data migration, process standardisation and change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Functional Consultant or Process Improvement Analyst.
• Strong analytical, communication and documentation abilities.
• Proven ability to work between technical teams and business stakeholders.
