Quality Assurance Specialist – IAM & Security Systems

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure the reliability and security of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, including Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management. You will work closely with development teams to validate new features, bug fixes, and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies for IAM applications.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
• Perform manual, regression, smoke, integration, and automated testing.
• Validate identity lifecycle workflows such as onboarding, provisioning, transfers, and de‑provisioning.
• Generate and manage test data for end‑to‑end IAM scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers to verify enhancements and resolve defects.
• Document test results, defects, and remediation recommendations.
• Use Selenium and other automation tools to drive automated testing initiatives.
• Validate integrations between PeopleSoft HCM and IAM systems.
• Ensure compliance with established QA standards and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of QA experience, preferably in IAM platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, QA Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IAM workflows and lifecycle management.

Required skills

• Selenium automation experience.
• PeopleSoft HCM testing knowledge.
• Familiarity with API testing tools.
