About the role
The Business Analyst – Capital Market will work on transformation projects for banks and financial institutions. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring solutions meet client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments, producing business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and project management, facilitating workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather requirements and align expectations.
- Collaborate with technical architects and developers to design optimal solutions, evaluate proposals against business requirements, and define acceptance criteria and validation approaches.
- Develop test scenarios and test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate delivered solutions against requirements, and track defects through resolution.
