BSW Integration Specialist

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for a BSW Integration Specialist to lead the creation of an integration and verification environment that accelerates development cycles through Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment. You will work closely with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of automotive software components.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a CI/CD pipeline for BSW software and toolchains.
• Integrate internally developed software with hardware platforms and user environments.
• Troubleshoot test environments, execute nightly and regression tests, and analyse results.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify root‑cause defects and drive automation.
• Support large‑scale build, integration and test infrastructures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or MCA.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture, embedded C/C++, and system‑level debugging.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to suggest enhancements and make technology choices.
• Experience working in distributed, multi‑geography teams.
