Dynamics 365 Developer – Customer Service & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join Bosch’s Bangalore software centre. The role focuses on building and customizing solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace (Contact Center) and Customer Insights – Journeys, delivering end‑to‑end CRM capabilities for our global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace, including voice, chat, SMS and social omnichannel channels.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows and web resources using C#, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Set up session templates, app tabs, agent scripts, macros and knowledge management features.
• Create and manage real‑time marketing journeys, segments, email/SMS campaigns and compliance profiles in Customer Insights.
• Integrate solutions with Power Platform tools and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace and Contact Center modules.
• Hands‑on expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys.
• Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Power Platform, plugins, custom workflows and web resources.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
