Senior Business Analyst – Healthcare IT

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to act as the bridge between clinical operations and technology teams. In this role you will ensure our digital health solutions align with the evolving needs of providers and patients while complying with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from clinicians, administrators, and IT stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for software development teams.
• Collaborate with QA teams to create test cases and validate system functionality.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements for healthcare operations.
• Monitor KPIs, generate performance reports, and assess user satisfaction.
• Ensure solutions comply with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD-10 and other healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or health‑tech.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems such as EMR, LIMS, and PACS.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Experience using Confluence.
• Ability to create diagrams in Visio.
• SQL query writing and data analysis.
