Salesforce Technical Lead – CRM Transformation

About the role
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive CRM transformation initiatives for Bosch Global Software Technologies. The role combines deep hands‑on development expertise with architectural leadership to deliver scalable, business‑critical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design and delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and related platforms.
- Architect and implement native Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows and platform events.
- Develop and govern critical assets ensuring scalability, reusability and compliance with best practices.
- Utilise Salesforce Data Cloud for customer data unification, segmentation and AI‑driven insights.
- Design robust integrations with external systems via APIs, platform events and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
- Define coding standards, conduct code reviews and optimise performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and support DevOps processes including version control, CI/CD and release management.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex CRM projects.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on performance and governance.
Required skills
- Salesforce platform expertise: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, Process Automation, Platform Events.
- Salesforce APIs: REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model and governor limits.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and AI‑driven features.
- Integration patterns (request‑response, event‑driven, batch) and middleware tools such as MuleSoft.
- Java (Spring Boot) for external services.
- AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3) for integration support.
- DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset (or similar).
