Branch Telecaller – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

The Branch Telecaller works on-site at the Patna branch of Bajaj Finserv, handling both outbound and inbound calls to engage existing and prospective customers. The role focuses on promoting financial products, providing information, and supporting sales and service activities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries about the company’s financial products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
• Address customer queries, resolve issues, and update customer information in the system.
• Assist in lead generation, follow‑ups, and scheduling appointments for the branch sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with branch staff to achieve customer satisfaction and business targets.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with patience, empathy, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good command of English and local languages spoken in Patna.
• Minimum education: 12th pass or a graduate degree; sales or finance training is a plus.
