Telecalling Representative (Hybrid, Patna)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telecalling Representative to join our admissions consultancy team in Patna. The position is full‑time with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both from the office and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective students and parents to explain available courses, colleges, and admission procedures.
• Answer queries, record accurate call details, and update student records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, schedule counseling calls, and send reminders about important deadlines.
• Coordinate with admission consultants, share feedback, and maintain professional communication standards.
• Support basic administrative tasks related to admissions and career guidance.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and polite telephone etiquette.
• Ability to explain educational options and admission processes clearly.
• Basic computer literacy, including use of spreadsheets, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
• Good listening skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a target‑driven environment.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Higher secondary education (12th pass) required; a graduate degree is an advantage.
