Branch Process Manager – Thane

About the role

The Branch Process Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational, financial, commercial and administrative activities of the branch in Thane. The role ensures 100% compliance with regulatory and organisational guidelines while maintaining high accuracy across a wide range of processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute receipting, banking and reconciliation processes for cash, cheques and demand drafts with zero errors.
• Detect counterfeit notes and manage cheque dishonour situations to prevent operational loss.
• Maintain safe custody of cash, keys and assets, and ensure timely reconciliation of branch assets.
• Coordinate advisor licensing, FLS coding/tagging, and sales support activities, including MIS preparation and dashboard updates.
• Identify and register local vendors, process procurement invoices, and ensure timely payments and NEFT registrations.
• Support lease agreement registration, renewal and new branch set‑up in collaboration with IT, infrastructure and banking teams.
• Handle legal, compliance and taxation tasks such as professional tax remittance and contract tax filings.
• Facilitate training programmes, schedule re‑exams for failed candidates and manage offer letter generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in branch operations, financial processing and compliance.
• Ability to work extended hours and manage unpredictable spikes in workload.
• Strong confidentiality handling and documentation skills.
• Experience operating multiple business systems simultaneously.
• Excellent coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
