BPO Telecaller – Lead Generation & Customer Follow‑Up

About the role

We are looking for a motivated BPO Telecaller to generate and qualify leads for our real‑estate projects. You will engage prospects through outbound calls, explain project details, and guide interested customers toward site visits and potential bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads sourced from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Identify genuine prospects, qualify them based on budget, property type, location and investment needs.
• Explain project features, pricing, facilities and investment opportunities.
• Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with interested prospects until they reach the next sales stage.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits with sales and field teams.
• Record all interactions, lead status and follow‑up details accurately in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly outbound call and lead‑generation targets.
• Prepare daily performance reports for the Team Leader or Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
• Confident telephone manner with strong convincing abilities.
• Ability to work towards sales targets and handle objections.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and other communication tools.
