BPO & Telecaller – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic BPO & Telecaller professionals to join our growing team. You will be the voice of our brand, connecting with potential and existing customers to promote our services and support sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to share details about our services.
• Direct qualified prospects to the field sales team when required.
• Accurately update and maintain customer information in the database.
• Process customer orders with precision.
• Handle queries and grievances to maintain the company’s reputation.
• Strive to meet sales targets and contribute to future growth.
• Maintain clear records of calls, sales, and valuable customer insights.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience as a telesales representative or in customer service/sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Good knowledge of computer systems, CRM software, and telephone operations.
• Ability to quickly learn and explain products/services to prospects.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
