Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our growing AI solutions team in Kanpur Nagar. You will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, presenting UREKHA AI products and services over the phone and helping prospects understand the value they bring.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and accurately.
• Maintain and update call lists, lead statuses, and interaction notes in the CRM.
• Qualify prospects, generate sales opportunities, and close deals when appropriate.
• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer‑support teams and share market feedback.
• Participate in regular training sessions and product‑knowledge updates.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Basic written documentation ability.
• Comfortable using phones, computers, and standard office software.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kanpur Nagar and follow structured workflows.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business or marketing studies are a plus.

Required skills
