Boomi Consultant – Integration Specialist

About the role

As part of the Infosys consulting team, the Boomi Consultant will support various project phases, from problem definition and effort estimation to solution design, deployment and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the consulting team across project stages including diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.
• Research alternative solutions, conduct vendor evaluations and build proof‑of‑concepts.
• Create requirement specifications, define future state processes and produce detailed functional designs.
• Configure solutions on Dell Boomi, troubleshoot issues, diagnose root causes and recommend alternatives.
• Contribute to unit‑level and organizational initiatives to deliver high‑quality, value‑adding solutions for customers.

Required profile

• Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and refine relevant data.
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends.
• Logical thinking, problem‑solving skills and strong collaboration abilities.
• Capability to assess current processes, pinpoint improvement areas and suggest technology solutions.
• Domain knowledge in one or two industry sectors.
• Strong client‑interfacing, project and team management skills.
