About the role

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our architecture and construction team. The role involves creating accurate building information models and supporting multidisciplinary design coordination.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
Produce error‑free construction and service drawings.
Collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to ensure model integrity.
Prepare presentation material and visualisations for client reviews.
Support clash detection and coordination processes.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
5–8 years of hands‑on BIM experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high‑quality drawings.
Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills.
Professional, honest, hardworking and responsible attitude.

Required skills

Proficiency in Revit.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Proficiency in Navisworks.
