Senior Project Manager – GDC/VDC

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end project engineering within our Global Delivery Center (GDC) for large‑scale U.S. construction projects. The role bridges executive leadership, clients and field operations, driving operational excellence and mentoring engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle including change orders, submittals, estimations and resource planning.
• Supervise, mentor and develop multi‑tiered project engineering teams.
• Lead alignment meetings and daily syncs with GDC project managers to ensure seamless execution.
• Champion QA/QC standards and manage critical documentation, executive correspondence and status reporting.
• Drive GDC product development through release cycles and build strong cross‑functional relationships with U.S. teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• 2–3+ years of hands‑on BIM/Revit experience.
• 4–5+ years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Strong spoken and written English and ability to coordinate daily with U.S.‑based teams.
