Bilingual Helpdesk Analyst (English/Spanish)

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for a bilingual Helpdesk Analyst who can provide first‑line technical support in both English and Spanish. The role is based in Bangalore and operates within a 24x7 service desk environment, requiring flexibility to work rotational shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely technical assistance to end‑users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Handle, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with SLA targets.
• Lead and mentor a small team of support analysts, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistent service quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and knowledge‑base articles.
• Participate in shift rotations to provide continuous coverage for global clients.

Required profile

• Graduate degree; B.Tech/B.E or other technical degree preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in Service Desk or Technical Support, including team handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Excellent customer‑handling abilities and a professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work in a rotational shift schedule covering a 24x7 support window.

Required skills

• Basic technical troubleshooting (TS) skills.
