Bilingual Customer Service Specialist – Spanish/English (Voice & Chat)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our TalentPop team. You will provide voice and chat support to English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers, helping them resolve issues quickly and positively.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat sessions and email inquiries in both Spanish and English.
• Troubleshoot customer problems, offering clear and efficient solutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer‑service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
