The Bay Host at Topgolf welcomes guests to their bays, creates an energetic atmosphere, and ensures every player enjoys a memorable experience. This fast‑paced, guest‑focused position blends hospitality, food‑and‑beverage service, and entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage players as they arrive, sharing information about Topgolf amenities and promotions.
• Recommend and upsell food, beverages, and gaming options tailored to each guest’s visit.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized bay area and assist with game setup as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor issues, and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating fun experiences.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional player service.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods.
• Prior experience serving food and beverages, including alcohol, in a restaurant or entertainment setting.
