About the role
The company is looking for a Bautechniker (construction technician) to provide technical support and supervision for its shell‑construction and turnkey building projects. The position can be performed on a full‑time or part‑time basis, depending on the candidate’s availability. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team that values punctuality, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Technical monitoring and accompaniment of shell‑construction measures.
- Supervision of turnkey construction phases from planning through completion.
- Coordination with site teams, project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
- Ensuring that construction milestones are met on time and within budget.
Required profile
- Motivated and reliable individual.
- Team‑oriented with flexibility to adapt to changing site conditions.
- Possession of a valid driving licence class B.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate documentation of site activities.
